Jodie Morgan, PhD is the Chief Scientist and Founder of Morgan Research Enterprises, Ltd.  She received her Doctorate from the University of Virginia in Astronomy in 2008.  Since 2009, she has utilized her expertise in imaging and other sensor system experiment design, data analysis and software development for terrestrial remote sensing-based software and data product development.
